At Jules & Josh, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

Packaged in original packaging, including tags where applicable

Free of stains, odours, or signs of wear
We do not accept returns for:

Worn or washed items
-
Items returned without prior approval
-
Underwear, swimwear, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Custom-made or sealed products once opened
-
Items from the categories: Beauty, Kids & Baby, Underpants, and Sport (due to hygiene and COVID-19 measures)
2. How to Request a Return
Please follow these steps:

Email us at info@julesjosh-clothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to return (part of) your order.

Wait for approval from our customer service team before sending anything.

Once approved, carefully repackage the item(s), preferably in original packaging.

Ship the return to the address provided by our team. We will not accept parcels sent to our office or sent without approval.

Share your return tracking number with us by email.
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund these charges.
3. Customs Fees & Return Logistics
Please be aware:

Returns must be sent with proper customs documentation and via a method that allows for customs clearance in the destination country (Asia).

You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.

If the parcel fails to clear customs or is rejected due to incorrect delivery method, we unfortunately cannot accept or refund it.
We strongly recommend checking with your local courier or customs office for the correct return procedure.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oh no — we’re so sorry! If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Send a clear photo of the defect, taken on a flat surface with the label visible
We will send a replacement free of charge the first time. If a second replacement arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund instead.
5. Faults After Use
If your item develops a manufacturing defect after limited use, please contact us with photos and your order details.
Please note: Damage from wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, stretched fabric, broken zips due to overuse) is not covered.
6. Wrong Item Received
If you've received the wrong product, we will send you the correct item free of charge. Please email us with your order number and a photo of what you received.
7. Order Cancellation
Because we work with an automated fulfilment system, orders are processed immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.
If your parcel is already in transit, you may still return it once received, in line with our standard return policy.
8. Shipping Delays
As our goods ship from Asia, delivery may take 5–14 business days after dispatch. While we cannot cancel an order in transit, you're welcome to return it once delivered.
9. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
We cannot redirect refunds to a different account or card.
10. Return Address
All returns must be sent to our Asia-based warehouse.
